Replacement of the 83 year old potable water underground distribution system servicing National Park and Concessionaire facilities at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. This consisted of about 22,000 linear feet of water mains and service laterals, new drains, fixtures, fittings, fire hydrants, valves, corp. stops, meters, and spigots. The water main runs along existing landscape, roads, sidewalks, and historically sensitive structures. Full restoration and protection for such, as well as efforts to minimize its impact to park operations was included in this construction contract.
