SAFETY TRAINING

Our company is committed to ongoing safety training. At REDPOINT, we understand that risk management and project safety takes precedence over all matters. For this reason, our safety program and initiatives are extensively documented and are the central guiding principles of every employee.

All teams have the responsibility to co-operate with superintendents and managers to comply with statutory provisions and work under a specific safety plan prepared for each project to account for the performance conditions, risks and potential hazards present at each site.

Field Managers are OSHA 30 trained and certified and must additionally complete the following:

Rigging Training and Competent Person training. Likewise, all crews are trained in confined space entry, OSHA 10 & OSHA 30, MSHA, trenching & excavation safety, stormwater competent person training, ADEQ dust control training, asbestos pipe abatement, and construction site competent person training.
