Construction of the Phase X Roadway Improvements within the Eastmark community located in Mesa, AZ. The work consisted of finish grading, paving, concrete, sewer, potable water, storm drain, dry utilities, street lights, neighborhood entry monuments, signing, striping, landscaping, irrigation, and a four way traffic signalization. The scope of work also included all necessary construction staking, record drawings, materials testing, dust control and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).
