The project consisted of the construction of 70 one and two story new residential housing units and rehabilitation of four existing buildings for common facilities, and site work including but not limited to roads, sidewalks, fences, walls and landscaping with irrigation.The underground utility work performed by REDPOINT for this several multi-story, multi-family apartment dwellings  included 4,373 LF of 4" to 8" DIP and 4" PVC pipe for water line installation; 2,821 LF of 12", 15", 18", 24" HDPE pipe and 96" CMP for work related to storm sewer; as well as 1,916.LF of 4", 6" and 8" PVC for the sanitary sewer work.
