Phase 2 of a car manufacturing facility development was completed within the City of Casa Grande on approximately 500 acres of land, encompassing extensive utility installations and testing. This project included the installation of DIP fire lines (2,178 LF of 6″, 17,501 LF of 12″, 1,533 LF of 10″, and 6,044 LF of 8″), along with the removal of 672 LF of existing fire line, testing of 28,516 LF, and polywrapping of 28,516 LF of fire line. Domestic water infrastructure involved installing PVC waterlines (2,247 LF of 6″, 540 LF of 8″, 2,828 LF of 12″), Type K Copper lines (134 LF of 2″ and 673 LF of 1″), and subsequent testing, chlorination, and polywrapping of 6,035 LF of waterline. Sanitary sewer systems were established with PVC sewer lines (1,231 LF of 4″, 61 LF of 6″, 5,888 LF of 8″, 1,302 LF of 10″, and 2,578 LF of 12″), followed by testing of 11,060 LF. Finally, a comprehensive storm sewer system was installed, including HDPE storm drains (1,211 LF of 12″, 261 LF of 15″, 3,008 LF of 18″, 3,763 LF of 24″, 537 LF of 36″, and 415 LF of 42″), RGRCP storm drains (336 LF of 12″, 211 LF of 15″, 575 LF of 18″, 304 LF of 24″, 82 LF of 30″, and 450 LF of 60″), and 51 LF of 10″ PVC storm drain.
