The work consists of drainage improvements on a 15.7 acre. The improvements include regarding the existing parcel to include a Flood Control District Regional Detention Basin with maintenance access from the scenic road alignment. Additional improvements include but are not limited to basin inlet and outlet channel grading, basin bleed-off pipe, emergency overflow spillway, and other site grading.
