The development of this project included the construction of a five-story wood-framed multifamily building over three levels of parking, of which one level was subterranean (approximately 12 feet deep). The proposed building occupied almost the entire site and REDPOINT oversaw all underground wet utilities which included storm sewer, sanitary sewer, fire and water lines.
