On this multifamily development in the City of Tempe Redpoint installed the new utilities for 350 new apartment units on the corner of Dorsey and University. Redpoint brought in 4 new water connections across Dorsey Avenue and made a new sewer connection on Dorsey and University. The stormwater retention system included over 1,100 feet if 120 inches corrugated metal pipe.
