Redpoint Contracting installed the wet utilities in this 82 acre full service park. Scope included the installation of 3,418 LF of 8" PVC SS, 179 LF of 6" PVC SS, 13 SS MH; Storm drain comprised of 188 LF of 48" RCP, 660 LF of 36" RCP, 172 LF of 30" RCP, 384 LF of 24" RCP, 295 LF of 18" RCP, 741 LF of 15" RCP, 62 LF of 12" HDPE, 240 LF of 8" PVC and associated storm drain structures. 4,029 LF of DIP and 1,347 LF of 6" DIP waterline.
