The Early Deep Sewer project entailed the installation of approximately 1,500 LF of 42" diameter sanitary sewer piping. The Jack and Bore on this project consisted of an 222 LF on grade 66" diameter steel casing. The jack and bore was over 25 feet deep and mission critical given that the bore was located under plant utilities, gas mains, and heavily traveled roadway. REDPOINT instituted an engineered slide rail shoring system to complete the work and in addition, installed associated manholes and other structures, paving, landscape restoration, and an irrigation line.
